The Smart Building System advances from traditional methods and is a complete system in itself. There are 4 different blocks with unique functions; the corner blocks, the stretcher blocks, the end blocks, and beam blocks.
The Smart Building System advances from traditional methods and is a complete system in itself. There are 3 different blocks with unique functions; the corner blocks, the stretcher blocks, and the end blocks. Each piece has tongue and grooves that interlock with each other vertically. this unique feature also adds to its strength. For lateral calibration; an ingenious alignment key made out of recycled plastic is backed by a network of reinforcing rods to lock the pieces.
This allows the smart blocks to be dry stacked, eliminating the need for mortar to bind them. Once assembled, only a fraction of plaster is needed to smoothen the surface compared to other methods. Each block also has an individual strength of up 3,000 PSI; strong enough to withstand any weather conditions, fire, noise and environmental degradation that can be experienced in climate changing conditions.

Smart Render System
The smart render system is a polymer modified white cement with graded silica sand and limestone. This product is specifically made for the Smart building system to smoothen the surface at faster and more efficiently.
The smart render system is a polymer modified white cement with graded silica sand and limestone. This product is specifically made for the Smart building system to smoothen the surface at faster and more efficiently. The render system requires a mere 5mm to 10mm thickness which is enough to eliminate cracking, chalking and debonding which is common in conventional cement plaster.

The Smart Masonry Building System is a smarter and cost effective method of construction. It eliminates the need for mortar as the blocks are designed interlock with each other. An internationally patented alignment key secures the blocks prior to core filling, allowing easy and accurate alignment of the units during stacking. Once the blocks are filled with cement grout, they effectively act as shear walls which are load bearing. The blocks are easy to fill to the cores and joints making it as strong as a reinforced concrete wall. Smart masonry Philippines will teach your masons how to mix this “flowable” cement and provide technical assistance all throughout the project.
With the Smart Masonry Building System technology, property developers can build high quality structures at a more rapid pace without compromising on strength and quality. For residential applications, 2 storey units can be built without the use of columns and beams, which effectively increases the speed of construction for a faster turnover of units to customers.
