Because we are using a building system that is made from Australian technology, it is globally recognized in its standard. There are 3 block designs, each with a specific function that basically self-align thanks to our patented Smart Masonry alignment key. This ensures that the finished surface is smooth, weatherproof, soundproof and earthquake resistant. These smart blocks also boast of superior strength of anywhere from 750 PSI up to 3,000 PSI whereas traditional Hollow blocks only have a range from 400 to 700 PSI.

The Smart Masonry Building System is a smarter and cost effective method of construction. It eliminates the need for mortar as the blocks are designed interlock with each other. An internationally patented alignment key secures the blocks prior to core filling, allowing easy and accurate alignment of the units during stacking. Once the blocks are filled with cement grout, they effectively act as shear walls which are load bearing. The blocks are easy to fill to the cores and joints making it as strong as a reinforced concrete wall. Smart masonry Philippines will teach your masons how to mix this “flowable” cement and provide technical assistance all throughout the project.
With the Smart Masonry Building System technology, property developers can build high quality structures at a more rapid pace without compromising on strength and quality. For residential applications, 2 storey units can be built without the use of columns and beams, which effectively increases the speed of construction for a faster turnover of units to customers.
