Rubber Head Mallet – A hammer specifically created for the Smart building system. Its customized rubber head and weight assures proper alignment while avoiding damage to the blocks. The mallet is used to push in the alignment key as well as make minor adjustments from all sides.
10 Liter Steel Funnel – A steel funnel that facilitates the fast and neat delivery of 10 liters of concrete into the smart blocks at any given time. This customized funnel allows more work to be completed by fewer people without compromising efficiency.
Saddle Clamp – A “U-shaped” steel bar used for precision vertical alignment of the corners. The clamp holds the smart blocks in place and at level, as the layers of the wall get higher.
Tile Wedges – A small, recycled plastic material around 1 inch in length used for horizontal alignment and precision leveling of the smart blocks. One edge is around 1mm thick while the other edge is around 5mm thick.
Key Insertion tool – A customized insertion tool used to push the alignment key deep into the smart blocks, allowing faster, cleaner and efficient work.
